 This course is for those who want to get fitter and live healthier this year as well as have some fun! Each week will include a practical Keep Fit session led by Francine Vickers (a Rosemary Conley instructor) and a short thought for the week on how we can be spiritually and physically fitter for God’s purposes for our lives.  

 

 

Note: there will be a small charge for this course which will depend on numbers attending
